I bought these gorgeous 1970s Anne Klein pants some time ago, largely because I was so in love with the beautiful, nearly invisible reweaving that had been done on the them. It showed that someone loved these pants - reweaving is costly. These cropped length gauchos are heavy and high quality, a soft, worsted wool in taupe. The deep pleats mean that they rest like a skirt. These high waist trousers are exceptionally versatile - you could pair them with an edwardian jacket, 70s blouse or modern sweater equally well. These close at the right front side with hooks and snaps.

As noted, these pants have been repaired professionally in the past. There are four brilliantly subtle reweaving patches all on the center front - zoom in very close on photos 4 and 5. I found two more tiny nibbles low on the right leg. I find nothing else to note! These are beautiful, wearable, sturdy and ready for decades of service.
