Vintage late 1940s wedges in a supple black suede are perfect for casual summer looks! The vamp is a rounded shape with cutways and the toe is closed. It's a versatile look for anything from dresses to cropped pants. The heel has a point that extends to the ankle, and the ankle strap threads through this, then closes on the side. The lining is leather, the insole cardboard, and the soles are man made. The soles fairly slick, and possibly replacements as they have less wear than the uppers.
*These look better in person than in the photos!

These shoes are sturdy and ready to wear. The suede of the right shoe is pretty worn off at the toe, but while this REALLY stands out in photos, it's not nearly as notable in person. I actually think this is from storage, as the shoes themselves have little wear.
