Sophisticated 1940s Cabernet Rayon Crepe Dress with Beaded Collar and Pockets
A striking 1940s dress in lovely, drapey rayon crepe. The cabernet red is classic for the era - dramatic with deep V-neck, and pert collar. Deep aurora borealis carnival glass beads surround the collar in three structured squares. Pleats at the waist erupt in a flirty swing skirt. The dress closes on the side with a sturdy metal zipper.

✂-----Measurements - This was built for a taller woman originally, though the length has since been taken up. Please note the bodice length below
Shoulder to waist: 18 "
Length: 44 (With 5.5" inches of hem)
Label: Bloomfield Original
Material: Rayon Crepe
Condition: Very Good
This dress has been taken up and can easily be let back down. There are 5.5" inches of hem. There is a very subtle mark on the bodice, and two faint small spots of sun fade on the shoulder. I find no other issues to note.
