A striking 1940s day dress in lovely, drapey rayon crepe. Pintucks accent the collar and peplum. The bodice is a shirtwaist style, closes with rhinestone buttons. The clever peplum offers pockets. The skirt is a flattering cut, with two gores at front and three at the back. The dress closes with buttons to the waist, and a short, concealed zipper below it.

This dress is clean and ready to wear. The top button is missing. There are some rings at each underarm. The skirt has about nine moth chews, and some light, dash-like spots. There is a smudge on the back right of the peplum. This dress actually looks pretty great on, but is meant for an understanding vintagette who is accepting of flaws.
