This vintage 1950s blouse is chic and colorful. This crisp silk blouse features a brilliant novelty print of Asian pottery and urns in purple, lime green, orange and metallic gold. The three quarter sleeves are neatly tucked above the banded cuffs, creating a subtle puffed sleeve. Marvelous pharaoh's head buttons close the blouse up the front - I was so tempted to switch them out because aaaaah, so amazing. But I would never do that. Looks fabulous tucked in for a fitted waist, or worn untucked in a roomier fashion. Something about this blouse snagged at me, and then I realized that I sold the same piece in a different colorway four years ago! Love.

This top is clean and ready to wear. There is a factory flaw, a streak of orange dye clearly caught on a roller that runs from a few inches above the dart on the back left, faintly down to the hem. This is original, and it really doesn't detract, but you could sewn the dart closed higher to hide most of it. There is a tiny spot on the right collar. This blouse presents beautifully and is very sturdy. I find no other issues to note.
