Vintage 1940s jacket, the ultimate Holy Grail of studded style - a Fred A. Block. It doesn't get any more iconic than this. The piece is covered in hand set silver nail head studs, with a dense, light-catching concentration of them at the front. Two undulating bands of grey wool make a contrast at the front chest, outlined with the nailhead studs. The cut is a classically bold 1940s silhouette, with incredible strong shoulders. It closes only with a single button at the waist. It is lined with black crepe.

This suit is clean and ready to wear. There are six TEENY moth nips on the grey accent, the largest about 2mm square at the far left. If they are any in the black, I didn't find them. The sleeves had been taken up, and I had them let down. There is a 1" very tidy vertical repair on the underside of the left sleeve from that process. I find no other issues to note!
