A killer late 1940s dress, one of a very small handful I've had from the Max Kopp label. These dresses are always smart and elegantly draped. This day time is a departure from the satin I've seen previously, in print of rice farmers out on the water, with mountains in the background. Royal blue, cool brown, bright chartreuse and black line work, all on a bright white ground. Shallow "pockets" are created at the hips by the pleated drape. This dress closes up the front with self-fabric buttons.
*Note, I shoot in a room with orange walls, and they really seem to reflect on the shoulder of this dress- the shoulders are not soiled.

This dress is clean, fresh and ready to wear. There is a single small spot, low on the left front side of the skirt. A few of the self-fabric buttons are a little soiled from frequent use. I find no other issues to note!
