This 1940s jacket is made of the softest, sleekest cherry red rayon gabardine. It's not perfect, so be sure to read the condition notes. The collar is scalloped, as are the faux pockets. It's softly tailored, perfect for pairing with dresses and trousers. It is fully lined in gleaming red satin.

This piece is smart, but flawed. There is a spot at the lower right front, and some mild lightening around it from a previous attempt to clean it. There's a similarly lightened area on the right side of the collar. The left sleeve has a fade mark - an odd shape, I can't guess how it got there. But despite the flaws, this is sharp and wears well, so has been priced as a wounded bird with flaws in mind.
