An exceptional statement that really makes an ensemble shout. This bold 1940s velveteen number stands tall at front, and mustard crossed with black, and finished with sprays of father that coil away from each other. A crisp, wide mesh veil, falls over the face. You can wear this more tilted forward as well, which extends the feathers in front of you. There's a mesh piece with comb at back to keep it secure on the head, as well as an elastic back band.

This hat presents beautifully when worn, but it is flawed. The top of the hat must have been exposed on a shelf for year, and it has soil and some splatter spots throughout. I've never had anyone mention it when I wore it, the front really makes up for it, but this is present. There are a number of breaks in the veil, three of which are right on the face. I would probably recommend removing the veil and wear it without.
