This vintage 1940s evening blouse will pair perfectly with a matching skirt or as a cocktail dress jacket. Made of a black rayon crepe, with spectacular black gelatin sequins. The detailing is notable, in that they have used two different sizes and shapes of sequins to manipulate light, and give the piece complex texture. Pleated next runs along the butotn placket and around the next for an extra layer of interest. The silhouette is classically 40s, with a tailored waistline, a slight cutaway front hemline, and short sleeves. The line is perfection. Self-fabric buttons close the blouse up the center front. The piece is unlined, making it light enough to wear as a blouse.

This jacket is clean and ready to wear. A handful of sequins - maybe 12, scattered throughout - are peeling/slightly discolored. This isn't notable enough to detract. Two sequins are missing at the top of the left shoulder. I find no other issues to note!
