This chic 1970s dress is a dark, dramatically summery frock clearly inspired by 1940s tropical wear. This beauty was designed by Tere Tereba, a name I have to thank
Jumblelaya for introducing me to. You can see the history by clicking that link! This piece is exceptional - a sexy style that seems like a shirtwaist, but really there's only a single button on the bodice, and it's MEANT to be that way. And that slit up the front! The print is truly dramatic, a detailed pictorial of cranes and water lilies in bloom.
