An absolutely striking 1950s wool jacket, cut of a rich plaid and beautifully detailed. The colors are rich - the deepest spruce, dark, warm brown, red, and white. It is a classic combination and quite compelling. The small, rounded collar is dual layers stitched together, while the pockets at the front have doubled flaps. The piece is fully lined in taupe rayon crepe, and closes up the front with buttons.

This jacket is clean and ready to wear. The lining has significant fade at the upper back and underarms. I have repaired on tiny moth chew on the left shoulder, and another on the inner side of the left sleeve, a bit above the cuff. I find no other issues to note!
