This absolutely stunning 1950s jacket is made in one of the era's best palettes - pink with grey and a touch of bright blue. The way the wool is woven tons down the rosy pink to a subtle hue. Pewter grey trims the winged collar and smart cuffs. The front of the hips is lightly padded for the quintessential hourglass shape you expect of a nipped waist jacket. The horizontal pockets are real, but not very deep. It closes with tiny wood buttons. It is lined with a pink sharkskin acetate.

This jacket is clean and ready to wear. There are two tiny spots, less than a pencil eraser at the lower right front - these don't stand out at all. The lining has some staining at the underarms, and the lower interior right front corner. The left sleeve has a little spot in a pink quadrant. I find no other issues to note! This piece wears BEAUTIFULLY.
