Vintage late 1930s dress is elegant and sophisticated, a perfect summer gown in a bold floral lace. The eight petaled flowers are large and star like, standing out much more boldly than a chantilly. The sleeves are full length and fitted. The shoulders are shirred, to either side of the high, simple neckline. The bust is divided by the pointed midwaist, which extends into a basque point. At back, the midwaist has slimmed to a wide waistband. The skirt is richly gathered and has incredible sweep and drape. The dress closes along the left side with a sturdy metal zipper.

This dress has been cleaned and is ready to wear. It is incredibly fresh and sturdy. There are very minor frays to the top stitch of the lace at the underarms. I find nothing else to note!
