Cute 1950s Pullover Style Western Bowling Shirt with Applique Guitars

  • Product Description

This vintage 1950s western top is a bit of a puzzle. I'm not sure if it's for a bowling team or if it's just the cutest uniform ever. On the front, the yoke is embellished with appliqued guitars and chain stitched leaves - at the back, it is chain stitched with the name "Academy Cleaners."  The pullover styled and tailored, princess seamed fit are rare for western wear. Made of a heavy twill, it's sturdy and will last for years! It closes down the side with a metal zipper.

This piece is clean and sturdy. The underarms lightened somewhere where I treated them for discoloration. There is 1/2" of frayed gold trim at the back left. I find no other issues to note!
