1940s vintage dress is a charming, summer dress style made for the warmest weather days - cotton pique is a wonderfully breathable and sturdy textile. The cotton is printed throughout with blue chrysanthemums and curling navy bows - I do love a macro floral! The cut is simple - wide straps, a straight neckline, an a-line skirt.. This dress closes with a metal zipper on the side
Label: None Present
Condition: Good, as is
This dress is has been handwashed and is ready to wear. The print is no longer as bright as it would one have been. The dress has been taken out a bit along the side of the metal ziper, and there's evidence where the original seam was. At the back right side, there are seven spots that I've treated and lightened considerably so they won't be noted when worn, but they can be found on inspection. I have stitched up a tiny hole at the far back right hip. I find no other issues to note! The dress is sturdy and ready for sun.
