Cute 1940s Jersey Two Piece Dress Set in Blue and White Dots
This charming 1940s ensemble can be worn together as a dress - or worn separately to great effect. Made of an usual jersey knit, perhaps rayon with celanese. Unless many jersey pieces, the patttern is woven rather than printed. Blue dots cover the white field and inset bands of ribbon at the shoulders and hips feature the opposite. . For a bold colorblock effect, the cuffs and blouse hem are of black faille. The top is rather long, hitting the hips, and it has a side metal zipper that doesn't open at the hem. The skirt is sleek and slightly a-line
