Classic Late 50s or Early 60s Cashmere Coat in Navy with Ivory Interior

  • Product Description

Cashmere - it's decadent, classic and always a delight to wear. This vintage late 1950s/early 1960s cashmere coat is as timeless as it gets, in dark navy blue and a wearable sheath style that is as relevant today as when it was first made. It's the coat that every woman had at least one of in her wardrobe at the close of the 50's. It features a high neckline with small collar, and one button to close at the neck. It is lined with lovely ivory silk and cashmere.

      Bust: 48"
      Waist: 48"
      Hips: 48"
      Shoulders: 17
      Length: 41"

      Label: None Present
      Material: Cashmere, silk
      Condition: Good Minus/Wearable As Is

This coat is clean and ready to wear. There is surface mothing scattered throughout. Because of the color and softness of textile, it is not notable on the exterior of the garment. It is more notable on the interior ivory cashmere at the neck and inside of the opening. It is priced very gently due to flaws, but offered because of the quality of the textile and beauty of the garment. I find no other issues to note.
