Vintage late 30s to early 1940s suit is a striking hue for autumn and spring - we love how it pairs as easily with ivory and pastels as with dark browns or rich burgundy. The jacket offers beautifully structured shoulder pads and unique details. Pintucked accents open to become the breast pockets. The buttons are bold, self-fabric framed in gold-tone metal. The skirt has a flattering flare with four deep pleats - you can see the fullness in the last mannequin image. Best of all, these pieces wear perfectly together, but can double as separates. We think the green skirt would be particularly lovely with your 30s sweaters and war-era blouses! The jacket is lined with rayon crepe.
Mannequin shots are the most accurate color.

This suit is clean and ready to be worn! There are five very small pinhead spots on the front, and four on the right sleeve. There are two small moth chews on the jacket, one at the upper right sleeve, and one below the waist on the left. There are two small spots on the skirt, and I mended two chews, almost invisibly. This garment is clean and ready to wear, with no other issues to note! It wears beautifully.
P.S. The previous collector added cheap skirt hangers to this, along with a lot of other pieces I purchased, but they are so handy, I'm leaving them in.
