This vintage 1950s day dress is fresh and summery in aqua blue with soft grey. While I think this was probably more saturated when it was new, it is still bright - but not quite as bright as the photos, which oversaturated. The bodice is a surplice style, pleated at the back of the halter neck. The skirt is a full circle with functional pockets at each side! A subtle print of tulips runs in bands throughout. This dress closes up the back with a sturdy metal zipper.

This dress is clean and ready to wear. I treated four small rust spots by the waistline - see photos 6 - they are quite lightened, but still present. Again, I think that this has faded with wear, but it is still a lovely print blue. The back of the halter neck has been restitched by hand. I find no other issues to note!
