1950s Western Wear - Vintage 50s Ivory Western Pants with Green Embroidered Accents by Frontex Model Irby Thompson
Vintage 1950s western pants are a rare find that you KNOW was originally sold as part of a set. Frontex Model by Irby Thompson was one of the rare companies to colorfully embellish pants to match their decadent shirts, so here's to your hunt to complete this outfit! A crisp ivory, they are made of a summer weight textile similar to Palm Beach cloth - probably a wool, silk, linen blend or something similar. They have a high waist with defined waistband and keystone belt loops. The pockets and belt loops are embroidered with kelly green chain stitch. These close on the side with a sturdy metal zipper and a pearl snap, which matches the snaps on the pockets.
This item is part of a large consigned collection of classic vintage western wear that I am delighted to present to you! Search "western" in the shop to see the other items available, there are thirty pieces I'll be listing!

These pants are clean and ready to wear. There are three tiny little snags to the fabric near the center back belt loop, and two similar little surface nips at the edge of the left cuff. I find no other issues to note!
