A very stylish 1950s jacket from Hattie Carnegie, in a royal blue raw silk that will be striking with dresses and skirts. The lustrous silk is fashioned into buttons to close and accent the chest pockets, but the lower pockets have decadent buttons of mother of pearl with rhinestone studded crowns. The three quarter length sleeves are cuffed. The jacket is lined with a blue silk that is somehow even richer than the exterior. A striking designer piece for your closet.

This jacket has been hand laundered and dry cleaned and is ready to be worn. The lower pockets likely originally had the same buttons as the rest of the piece, but this came to me this way, and seems to have been a style choice of the original owner. The mother of pearl backing of the button is broken on the far right pocket, but it's not notable when worn. There's a little staining to the lining at the underarms, nothing that comes through to the exterior. I find no other issues to note!
