A late 1940s post-war princess coat beauty. This finely fitted boucle wool princess coat features ever flattering princess seaming that nips in at the waist and flares slightly from the hip. The two-tone mouton at the collar and cuffs is nothing short of magnificent. I've never seen its equal. The bell sleeves are simply beyond. The lining is rayon acetate with a wool backing, for extra warmth to see you through the coldest of winter days. This garment closes with a single button at the waist.

This coat has been drycleaned and is ready to wear. There is an area of subtle discoloration near the button closure, from a previous button that discolored as it aged. There is a small section of fur missing on the bottom of one cuff and a bit of sparseness on the bottom of the other. There are also a couple scattered divots in the fur. As a whole, the fur is remarkably plush and fresh. I find no other issues to note.
