The hooks inside the waist are somewhat rusted and have stained the interior - but the interior only, there is no sign of it on the exterior of the garment. There is one hole in the mesh collar, very small, and a few in the mesh lining, nothing that would interfere with wear. There is a single, tiny pinhead sized spot a bit above the front hem. I find no other issues to note! It is sturdy and ready to wear.
